Orthodontic Therapy Course – University Dental Hospital of Manchester
The University Dental Hospital of Manchester, School for Dental Care Professionals is now inviting applications for the Orthodontic Therapy programme commencing in June 2026.
Based at the University Dental Hospital of Manchester, this GDC-approved programme prepares candidates for the Diploma in Orthodontic Therapy examination, awarded by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

Course details:
• Cost: £13,500 (flexible payment plans available).
• A non-refundable deposit of £1,000 is required once the applicant has been offered, and accepted, a place on the programme.
• Clinical practice: conducted in your own clinical workplace under the guidance of a Specialist Orthodontist.
Entry requirements:
• Registered with the GDC.
• At least 1-year post-qualification experience, or equivalent.
• Support and supervision of a Trainer registered as a Specialist Orthodontist with the GDC
Important dates:
• Applications open from 1st October 2025 until 31st October 2025.
• Interviews will take place in Early November 2025.
